Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC Program)

LINC program offers newcomers a chance to develop strong English language communication skills and learn everything they need to know about Canada. Free and small class size, more personal attention to each student, free childminding, and free bus tickets are all available to eligible individuals.
